Adding to its project portfolio in the Road and Highway sector, Dilip Buildcon, in a recent cache has bagged new project in the state of West Bengal under EPC (Engineering, Procurement, & Construction) mode from NHAI, involving an investment of Rs. 613cr. The project in question is adjoining to the existing one which is currently under construction, and with bagging of the latest venture in West Bengal, it has now entered into the sixteenth state. It entailed the work of construction of four laning of road stretch with paved shoulders of NH-6 from Chichra to Kharagpur. Dilip Buildcon's core business is undertaking construction projects across India in the roads and irrigation sectors as it commands expertise in the construction of state and national highways, city roads, culverts and bridges, said official sources.
