Delhi Govt Launches Rs 64.04 Cr Nangloi–Najafgarh Road Upgrade to Reduce Traffic Congestion

To ease traffic congestion and improve commuter experience in West Delhi, the Delhi government will upgrade the Nangloi–Najafgarh road along with its drainage network. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and Lt Governor VK Saxena jointly laid the foundation stone for the Rs 64.04 crore infrastructure project.

Under this initiative, new stormwater drains will be constructed and existing drains will be upgraded to prevent waterlogging. The road will also be strengthened and reconstructed, and crash barriers will be installed along the central verge to enhance safety and ensure efficient drainage during the monsoon season.
