DDA unveils 11 residential luxury towers in Dwarka

Delhi Development Authority is set to make its most high-end residential offering in the city with 11 residential towers comprising 1,114 flats, which would include 14 penthouses, 168 super-HIG flats and 932 HIG flats. These flats in Dwarka Sector 19B would rival other high-end flats or penthouses built by private developers. The project will be launched by May 2020. This is the first time that the authority is building penthouses, however, it has not yet worked out the costing of the penthouses yet but considering HIG flats in Vasant Kunj went for up to ₹1.7 crore, the units in the new scheme is expected to cost between ₹2 and 3 crores. DDA will also be offering around 400 HIG and MIG flats in Jasola, which the authority believes will be much sought after too due to their location. Flats will also be offered in Narela and Rohini.
