DBL secures finance for ₹2,526 cr road project

Dilip Buildcon's wholly owned subsidiaries - DBL Rewa Sidhi Highway and DBL Chandikhole Bhadrak Highways - have received sanction letters to finance their Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) road projects entailing a combined investment of ₹2,526 crore. DBL Rewa Sidhi Highway involved the Construction of Road Tunnel, viaduct and Churhat Bypass of Rewa Sidhi Section of NH 75E from Chainage 33.200 to Chainage 55.400 (Design Length 15.350 km.). It also included the Cement Concrete Pavement configuration in the State of Madhya Pradesh on design, build, operate and transfer (the DBOT Annuity or Hybrid Annuity) basis at a cost of ₹1004 crore with construction period of 48 Months and operation period of 15 years. Similarly, the second project is the DBL Chandikhole Bhadrak Highways is meant for Rehabilitation and Up-gradation to Six-Laning of Chandikhole-Bhadrak Section of NH-5 (New NH-16) from 62.000km to 136.500km in the State of Odisha to be executed as Hybrid Annuity Project under NHDP Phase V for cost of ₹1,522 crore with construction period of 30 months and operation period of 15 years.
