Dalcore Partners with YOO by Philippe Starck to Launch ‘The Falcon’ Residences in Gurgaon

Dalcore has announced a landmark partnership with YOO, the world-renowned design and lifestyle brand co-founded by Philippe Starck and John Hitchcox, to develop The Falcon, an ultra-luxury branded residential project in Sector 53, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon, one of the city’s most premium addresses.

Spread across approximately 2 acres, The Falcon will feature a single iconic tower comprising around 96 exclusive 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences, each crafted for refined urban living. With prices starting from Rs 10 crore and above, the project blends contemporary design, global aesthetics, and long-term value for homeowners.

This development marks YOO’s first project in North India and its sixth in the country, following collaborations in Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Bhubaneswar.

Additionally, Gujarat-based Shreeram Group, a leading salt manufacturer and exporter with four decades of legacy, will invest Rs 500 crore in Dalcore for the project’s development, underscoring strong investor confidence in India’s branded luxury housing segment.
