Regarding the news article titled "NHAI Acts Tough on Defaulters" published on our web portal www.nbmcw.com dated 11.06.2021, MSV International was mentioned as one of the defaulters. However, subsequently in WP (C) No. 5944/2021 vide order dated 11.07.2022 of the Justice Yashwant Verma of the High Court of Delhi, has mentioned that the “Learned Counsel representing NHAI states that the aforesaid placement of the Petitioner (MSV International Inc.) in the category of Non-Performer was not intended to be constituted as blacklisting of the Petitioner (MSV International Inc)”. This update / information was not available at the time of the publication of the said article (dated 11.06.2021). Any inconvenience caused to anyone is deeply regretted.
