Concorde Launches 'Concorde NEO' in North Bengaluru

Real estate developer Concorde has unveiled its latest residential project, 'Concorde NEO,' on a 4.02-acre land parcel along Thanisandra Main Road in North Bengaluru, Karnataka. This project marks Concorde's expansion into the thriving residential area, with an anticipated revenue potential of Rs 450 crore.

Concorde NEO will feature six towers with 424 units of 2- and 3-BHK apartments. The development includes two basements, a 7,000 sq. ft. multi-level clubhouse, a 2,000 sq. ft. open terrace, and over 40 indoor and outdoor amenities. Designed with a focus on space, the project boasts 78% open areas, providing residents with a balanced, open environment.
