CompAir launches new range of Oil-free Two-stage Screw Compressors

Gardner Denver Industrials Group, a leading global manufacturer of industrial compressors, blowers, pumps and vacuum products, has launched a completely new range of high efficiency, Comp Air oil-free two-stage screw compressors to further enhance its successful and award winning D-Series. With the addition of ten new models, the D-Series now covers a wide flow range from 8.9 to 51.8 m³/min. The new models (from 160 to 315kW), which also utilize a Comp Air designed and manufactured two-stage air end, offer oil-free and silicone-free air, in accordance with ISO 8573-1 Class 0.

The D-Series delivers improved efficiencies and produces 12% more air compared to the previous range. The compressors are manufactured to precise tolerances utilizing the latest machining technologies recently installed at CompAir's global centre of excellence for screw compressors in Simmern, Germany. Over 10 million euros have been invested with the installation of new machinery, optimization of processes and implementation of modern assembly and logistic concepts.
