Chennai Metro Wins International Award for Tunnel Ventilation Solution
Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) has received an award for its innovative tunnel ventilation solution, which significantly reduced costs for its Phase-2 project. The award will be presented at the 20th International Symposium on Aerodynamics, Ventilation and Fire in Tunnels (ISAVFT 2024) in Copenhagen, Denmark, from October 28 to 30. The recognition falls under the 'Sustainability in Underground Design and Construction' category.
