CG Developers Completes ₹200 Cr Project in Jaipur

CG Developers has completed its ₹200 crore residential project ARG|CG Ananta in Jagatpura, Jaipur, delivering 504 ready-to-move 2BHK apartments across 3 acres. Located near NRI Circle, the project features modern amenities like a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, temple, and children’s play area, catering to contemporary family needs.

Riding on Jaipur’s 65% surge in project launches from 2023 to 2024, CG Developers has also announced a ₹1,000 crore hospitality and commercial expansion in Siliguri and Northeast India. The Ananta project contributes to the group’s long-term $20 billion revenue target across its expanding real estate portfolio.
