Century Realty gets ₹175-cr infusion in luxury project

The Bengaluru-based Century Real Estate has managed to generate ₹175 crore from investment firm PAG for the development of a luxury housing project named Century Ethos. Ravindra Pai, MD, informed that the fund would be used to expedite the construction of the project, which is currently under construction at the prime location of North Bengaluru and housing 330 units with a price tag of ₹3.5 crore to ₹12.5 crore. Moreover, the fund will largely help the company in further accelerating the completion of the project as last year proved to be the best period for the project since its launch - yet another indicator is that demand for larger high-quality homes with lavish open spaces is firmly on the rise. Century Real Estate has over 3,000 acres of land bank and over 20 million sq ft of residential and commercial assets under construction, representing more than USD 3 billion in asset value.
