Ceigall Infra Emerges as Lowest Bidder for Rs 2,160 Cr NHAI Highway Project in Bihar

Ceigall Infra Projects Private Limited has emerged as the lowest bidder for an NHAI project involving the construction of a four-lane stretch of National Highway 139W in Bihar. The project spans 78.942 km along the Sahebganj–Areraj–Bettiah corridor and will be developed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode.

The highway construction is estimated to cost Rs 2,160 crore, with a 730-day construction period followed by a 15-year operation and maintenance term. The stretch has been split into two sections: 38.362 km between Sahebganj and Areraj, and 40.580 km between Areraj and Bettiah.

The project aims to improve regional connectivity and ease traffic movement across key districts in Bihar.
