Capacit'e Infraprojects, which is a renowned real estate and infrastructure builder of national repute, has secured three contracts worth ₹384.7 crore from Sheth Developers and Raymond Realty among others. The contract from Sheth Developers' pertains to the construction of high rise residential buildings at Malad and Sion in Mumbai metropolitan city involving an investment of ₹149.7 crore. While the ₹136.30-crore order from Raymond Realty is also related to the construction of a high-rise residential building at Thane. It has also secured an enhancement order from an existing client for ₹98.70 crore in Borivali area of the Mumbai metropolitan city.
