BNW Developments Appoints MAN Construction as Contractor for Project on Al Marjan Island
In a major boost to real estate growth in the Northern Emirates, BNW Developments has appointed MAN Construction, a subsidiary of Masah Group, as the principal contractor for its flagship waterfront project, Aqua Arc, on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
The collaboration marks a strategic partnership between two established players in the Gulf region. BNW is one of the fastest-growing private developers in Ras Al Khaimah, while MAN Construction brings extensive experience in executing high-value infrastructure and real estate projects across the GCC, including airports, hospitals, and residential towers.
The agreement was signed in the presence of senior leadership from both companies, including Mr. Mohammed Nayeem (Chairman, Masah Holdings & MAN Constructions), Mr. Althaf Kazi (CEO, MAN Specialized Contracting), Mr. Mirza Naseem Beg (CEO, Alpha Metals), and Mr. Mohammed Misbah (Advisor to the Chairman). Representing BNW Developments were Mr. Ankur Aggarwal (Chairman & Founder) and Mr. Vivek Anand Oberoi (Managing Director & Co-founder).
Set within the ambitious urban landscape of Ras Al Khaimah and the fast-developing Al Marjan Island, Aqua Arc is positioned to be a landmark residential project. Construction is set to commence soon.
