Bihar speeds up ₹1,000 cr elevated road corridor

Elevated Road Corridor
The Bihar government has decided to construct an elevated road from Mithapur to Mahuli at an investment of ₹1,000 crore in the Patna district to ease traffic moving towards south Bihar districts. Among others, it will also connect the Patna-Gaya-Dobhi four-lane road, which is under construction, and also the Bihta-Sarmera road. The elevated road will run above National Highway-30 and will ease traffic movement towards south Bihar districts through its connectivity to Patna-Gaya-Dobhi, which is a four-lane road under construction currently, said principal secretary construction department in the state government.
