Bihar launches infra project at Dharbhanga Airport

The Bihar CM along with the Union Civil Aviation Minister have laid the foundation stone for a Civil Enclave at Darbhanga Airport in Bihar. The new terminal building will be built on 15000 sq. ft. area and will house as many as six check-in counters and two aprons. Sustainability features of the new terminal building will include LED lighting, low VOC paints, and a green belt to act as noise barrier. Under the UDAN scheme, the airport will be connected to the NCR, Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru.
