BIAL Partners with KPMG to Launch GenAI Platform for Smarter Airport Operations

Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL), operator of Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru (BLR Airport), has joined hands with KPMG in India to develop a Generative AI (GenAI) platform aimed at revolutionizing airport operations.

The GenAI-powered platform will integrate with BIAL’s operational systems to boost efficiency, automate routine tasks, and enhance real-time decision-making. By analyzing large datasets, it will generate predictive insights to help staff anticipate disruptions and respond proactively.

The system will also streamline key functions such as passenger experience management, resource planning, and operational forecasting, driving smarter and more responsive airport management.
