BHEL Bags Thermal Power Projects from MPPGCL

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has secured notifications of award from Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company Ltd. (MPPGCL) for two major supercritical thermal power projects worth ₹13,000–15,000 crore.

The EPC contracts cover the 1x660 MW Amarkantak Unit 6 and 1x660 MW Satpura Unit 12 in Madhya Pradesh, including supply, erection, commissioning, and civil works. Awarded through an open tender, the projects are slated for completion within 57 months.
