Bharti Realty plans 700,000 sq.ft. project

In order to make the most out of the emerging business avenues in the country's real estate segment, Bharti Realty has recently announced a mega project stretching across 700,000 sq.ft. at Aerocity by the side of IGI Airport in New Delhi. The project, which has been named as Worldmark, will house food & beverage, shopping and leisure destination, among others, Chief Executive Officer of Bharti Realty, SK Sayal said, adding that Worldmark will have over 16,000 sq.ft. of eating-out space that will house several restaurants. Including, Cafe Delhi Heights, Imperfecto, Social, and Asia 7, besides an Epicuria food mall with 13 restaurants. As a matter of fact, Aerocity will become an ideal food-hub for the National Capital Region (NCR) because of its central location. Since there would be food & beverages, retail, hotels, fashion and also some offices in one area with distinct advantage of location, Managing Director for retail services at property consultancy JLL India, Pankaj Renjhen claimed.
