BEML rolls out 150T Electric Drive Rear Dump Truck
In a first of its kin initiative in the country, BEML Limited, a premier manufacturer of Mining & Construction equipment, recently launched an indigenously developed and the country's first 150T Electric Drive Rear Dump Truck to address the growing demand for higher capacity machine in the mining segment, said CMD Deepak Kumar Hota, shortly after flagging off the 150T Dump Truck for its use in the coal fields of CIL‘s subsidiary M/s. South Eastern Coal Fields Ltd. for the Gevra Project. The launch of this higher capacity dump truck will surely put BEML in a select band of companies globally, he added.
