Bedi Steels to Begin Production at New Rolling Mill in April 2025

Bedi Steels Limited will commence production at its new rolling mill in Ludhiana, Punjab, from April 2025. The ₹13.49 crore facility, with an annual capacity of 70,000 tonnes, will manufacture Round Bars, RCS/Square Bars, Hex Bars, and Flat Bars, marking the company's shift toward value-added products.

Equipped with advanced metallurgical processing and automation technologies, the new unit will supply forging companies producing components for various industries.

“This facility is a major step in delivering superior products while maintaining operational excellence,” said Mahesh Gupta, Promoter & Whole-time Director, Bedi Steels Limited. “With enhanced capacity and efficiency, we are ready to meet rising industry demand,” he added.

Headquartered in Ludhiana, the company operates a 13,750-square-yard manufacturing plant in Doraha Village, Punjab, featuring a dedicated ingot manufacturing and storage shed with two 10-tonne furnaces.
