BDA Plans Six New Layouts Under PRR-2 Project

The Bengaluru Development Authority (BDA) has unveiled plans to develop six new layouts as part of the Peripheral Ring Road-2 (PRR-2) initiative. The project will require the acquisition of around 3,000 hectares of government and private land across several villages.

Teams led by land acquisition officers have been tasked with identifying suitable land, collaborating with engineers, and collecting crucial details such as ownership records, plot dimensions, and maps. Preliminary notifications for land acquisition are expected soon, with surveys currently underway to finalize the required parcels.
