ASK invests ₹150-cr in realty project in Noida

ASK Property Investment has infused ₹150 crore in a residential venture of real estate developer Gulshan Homz located off Noida Expressway, with a total development potential of around one million square feet. The real estate private equity arm of ASK Group made the investment through the Real Estate Special Situations Fund raised in the recent past. With the latest deal, the structured equity fund has deployed over 45% so far out of its total corpus of nearly ₹920 crore. The investment is in line with ASK PIA’s strategy of providing controlled capital to projects to ensure project execution, said, managing director, ASK Property Investment Advisors, Amit Bhagat. Its maiden exposure to Gulshan Homz fulfils the criteria of quality construction, delivery track record and reputation, and the company is looking forward to a long mutually beneficial association. The project is in close proximity to Blackstone’s Oxygen SEZ and the IT corridor of Noida. Moreover, the commissioning of metro and the upcoming airport at Jhewar will change the dynamics of Noida property market and boost economic activities across sectors.
