Ashwini Container Movers to Raise ₹65 Cr via IPO to Repay Debt, Expand Fleet

Ashwini Container Movers Limited (ACML), a Navi Mumbai-based cargo transportation company with strong operations in Maharashtra and Gujarat, is set to raise approximately ₹65 crore through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on NSE Emerge. The fresh issue will consist of up to 50,00,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each, through the book-building route. The IPO follows in-principle approval from NSE Emerge. Corporate Professionals Capital Pvt Ltd is the Book Running Lead Manager, while Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd is the Registrar to the issue.

ACML plans to use ₹56.94 crore of the proceeds to repay or prepay outstanding loans, thereby optimizing its capital structure. Around ₹8.06 crore will go toward capital expenditure for expanding its truck fleet and other general corporate purposes.

In H1 FY25, the company posted impressive growth, reporting revenue of ₹45.61 crore and PAT of ₹5.46 crore, compared to FY24’s full-year revenue of ₹78.77 crore and PAT of ₹1.37 crore.

Founded in 2012 by Bhaskar Kisan Pawar and Govind Janabhau Sable, ACML operates a fleet of 250+ containerized trucks and offers specialized port-to-factory logistics solutions, including Full Container Load (FCL), Less Container Load (LCL), and Over Dimension Cargo (ODC) services. The company utilizes proprietary logistics platforms like Clay Soft and Elixia for operations and real-time tracking. ACML is currently finalizing its Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) for filing with the Registrar of Companies and NSE Emerge.
