Arabtec Construction has won a $60 million contract to build Raheja Developers' Navin Minar on the outskirts of Delhi. The scope of work in the project includes construction of a 42-storey residential tower with four basements, landscaping, utilities, swimming pools, club house, sports facilities and 15 community housing towers of 15-storeys each. The project is located approx. 22-km from Delhi Airport and is planned to have a total built up area of 214,000 sqm. It will take 36 months for completion, said CEO Peter Pollard.
