AAI floating tenders for aerobridge at Indore airport
Ensuring smooth and faster movement of flyers at Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport in Indore, the Airport Authority of India has recently cleared the construction of the fourth aerobridge at the airport and the project will be commissioned in one year. Currently, two aerobridges are functional and the third is under construction, said airport director Aryama Sanyal, who also informed that AAI has approved the proposal, and the next step would be to take permission from the DGCA, following which, the tender for construction will be floated. After completion of the fourth aerobridge, two bridges will be used for connecting the domestic flights while another two will be used for international flights, which are likely to start soon.
