Ahuja Construction in a joint venture with Piramal Fund Management has recently launched a mega real estate project in the heart of Mumbai Metropolitan City. In the new project, the builder will construct and market the project and Piramal Fund will be the financer. The company is very optimistic to gain from their experience and understanding of real estate as an active investor in the market. The new project, which has been named as Altus is expected to click target home buyers segment, as it is a similar proposition as that of Ahuja Towers, for a niche segment of 3 BHK, said Managing Director, Ahuja Constructions, Gautam Ahuja, adding that the project with sea-view has total number of 60 apartments with configuration of 3 bedroom apartments on each floor in both the wings. It also has a penthouse at the top and a duplex of 6-bedroom configuration in a 42-storey project commanding a price tag of Rs. 8.5cr.
