The Agra Development Authority (ADA) is all set to start the construction work on the second phase of Inner Ring Road project entailing an investment worth 332 crore. Under this phase, a 7.13km stretch will be built to connect Fatehabad Road stretch with Devri Road as the first phase spanning a 10.9-km stretch of Inner Ring Road has already been completed, claimed official sources elaborating that the project in question is proposed to be completed in three phases connecting the Agra Noida Yamuna Expressway with Gwalior national highway. It will be around 23-km in length and is aimed at streamlining traffic movement towards Taj Mahal. After completion, the road will have six lanes, expandable to up to eight lanes, they added.
