Accuspace Unveils Ambitious Nationwide Expansion with ₹700 Cr Investment in FY26

Accuspace has announced an expansion plan with an investment outlay of ₹700 crore earmarked for FY26.The company aims to significantly enhance its presence in high-growth regions by developing advanced logistics parks, built-to-suit (BTS) warehousing, and premium office infrastructure.

Headquartered in Jaipur, Accuspace has established a strong foothold in the warehousing and office space market in Rajasthan. The company has expanded its operations into Delhi-NCR, acquiring high-end tenants and commercial properties. The new investment will further accelerate this growth, focusing on developing world-class infrastructure in Tier-1, Tier-2, and emerging Tier-3 cities (Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad and other cities). Focus on expanding its footprint in emerging urban hubs like Jaipur, Indore, Chandigarh, and tier 3 cities such as Jodhpur and Ajmer. Rajasthan remains a key geography in the company’s growth blueprint.
