Rotary to undertake manufacturing of Rigs in India
Rotary Construction Machinery India recently entered into joint venture with FESL to manufacture Piling Rig and have launched FES Rotary (FR Series) own base and CAT base series Rigs thus becoming the first company in India to undertake manufacturing of Rigs. The agreement was signed during bauma 2010 in Germany, informed Mr. Tejdeep Singh Sehmbey, founder of the company during his interaction with NBM&CW.With vast experience of over 25 years in construction equipment and expertise in hydraulic technology, Rotary Construction Machinery India provides latest equipment with advanced technology at affordable price, giving the utmost benefits to the customers. The company is also the dealer of Allpacks, Netherlands for their vibratory hammers, power packs and impact hammers thus giving its customers a wide range of equipment.
Talking about company products range, Mr. Sehmbey said, their Rigs products line covers vide variety of drilling rigs ranging from 80knm to 400knm in torgue, Kelly bars in both interlocking and friction types, drilling tools including augers, buckets, core barrels and accessories. Advanced casing oscillators in both short and long versions, (to work with drilling rigs and cranes respectively) casing products including casing drivers, single – walled and double-walled casings, casing shoes, and so on.
About Vibro Hammers, he said that the technology of Allpacks vibro hammer is based on the vast experience and knowledge for hydraulics systems combined with customer demands. Allpacks specializes in hydraulic powerpacks for the very demanding foundation equipment business. All the company products have the European mandatory conformity mark "CE" certifying they meet consumer safety, health or environmental requirements, he added.
Impact Hammer is the other offering of the company. It is hydraulically operated for Offshore and Marine Applications like driving casings, Precast Concrete Piles, sheet piles, rock breaking, raked piles, underwater operations etc.
The company is well equipped with 25 ton overhead crane, tools & accessories and fully equipped stores with electrical and hydraulic spares for service of machines. In house fabrication and machining facility/service are setup for heavy duty machinery. It has also fully automated administrative office with back support of highly qualified and well experienced personnel to provide sales and service support, he informed.

Talking about after sales service support, he said these are managed by professional engineers with extensive experience in the construction industry. Five Crores stock and backed by team of highly qualified services engineers working round the clock to provide after sales support to our customers.
Our stores is stock sufficient spares as we believe that availability of spares and minimum downtime during repairs and maintenance is the key to success. We have a fully equipped 3000 sq.ft stores with all the electrical and hydraulic parts readily available.
With every machine that is sold, we provide complete training for operating and maintenance to the staff and personnel of our clients. Our qualified engineers are deployed at the jobsites of our clients for two weeks or more as is the requirement. We are also having an in-house training centre where qualified and well experienced engineers will educate operators to handle all range of our products.
