Tata Hitachi Celebrates 60 Years of Operations

Tata Hitachi is a joint venture between Tata Motors and Hitachi Construction Machinery (HCM). The JV was established in 1984 – making it one of the longest-standing JVs in the industry.
Tata Hitachi has a manufacturing unit in Dharwad and another in Kharagpur, and over 240 customer touchpoints, including sales and services. It boasts of a diverse portfolio of mini excavators, construction excavators, mining excavators, backhoes, wheel loaders, and dump trucks, along with a wide range of attachments for numerous applications. It also offers industry-best options for after-sales services like Annual Maintenance Contracts, Full Maintenance Contracts, Site Support Agreements, and more.
Tata Hitachi has also set up a captive re-manufacturing facility to provide customers with attachments, refurbished aggregates, and certified used equipment at competitive rates.
