Sany Bharat's Pneumatic Tire Roller, Asphalt Batch Mix Plant & Paver
Sany Bharat exhibited around 21 machines including pneumatic tire roller, asphalt batch mix plant, pavers, track cold miller, excavators, motor graders, cranes & drilling rigs for various infrastructure related applications including excavation, hoisting, mining, deep foundation, road and port equipment. Sany Bharat announced a completely new product vertical that will offer road equipment to Indian road contractors. The company is also celebrating a major milestone of manufacturing and supplying of 25,000 equipment at various infrastructure development projects across the country. The newly launched machines come with Sany’s technologically advanced design to enable ease of operations and reliability.
Due to its resolute growth coupled with the trust placed by the customers and stakeholders, Sany Bharat now manufactures more than 50 construction equipment machines at its factory in Chakan, Pune, and will continue to expand the product offerings in 2023 with a focus on automation, sustainability, and quality.

SPR 260: Sany Bharat’s first pneumatic tire roller SPR260C, which is used for final asphalt layer to give a smooth mat finish. It is equipped with a powerful engine and is unique in its application due to its 9 tire configuration, which endows it with maximum rolling width and automatic tire inflation system.
SLB1500X8E: Sany Bharat’s first Asphalt Batch Mix Plant has a capacity of 120 ton/hr. The Asphalt Batch plant is used for producing superior quality mix for world-class asphalt roads in batches and is designed as per global standards, covering all types of roads.
SAP100C-10: Sany Bharat’s first Track Paver to pave asphalt roads and give a smooth mat finish. It can pave up to 10.2 mtr road at one go. With a complete auto levelling system, it gives an unmatched smooth road finish and can be used for expressways, NHAI, SH and PWD roads.
SCM2000C-8S: Sany Bharat’s first Track Cold miller for maintenance of roads for milling up old layer to repair, can easily mill roads up to 2 mtr width at one go and is mostly applicable for higher milling volume. Equipped with a powerful engine, it can mill any strata and its dust removal system prevents dust from leaking into the environment. It is loaded with a fully automatic levelling system, and therefore requires less human intervention.
