With India's growth story shifting to infra from information technology, infra funding assumes greater significance. Considering this, the government is on overdrive to upgrade and boost infrastructure. According to Aashish Agarwal, Country Head - India, Jeffries, over the next decade, wealth over creation is expected to shift decisively towards hard assets such as real estate, housing, airports, ports, hotels, etc and for global institutional investors, hard assets will be a priority.
