Miami, known for luxury living and city of choice of billionaires, has once again become cynosure with the launch of iconic Porsche Design Tower by South Florida-based Dezer Development in collaboration with Germany's Porsche Design Group. It is reported that this tower will be home to 2 percent of world's billionaires who are flocking towards Miami at rapid speed.
The luxury tower on 2.2 acres of beachfront land at Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach will have 132 units - 3,800 to 9,500 square feet. Each residence will have at least two parking spaces, large residences will have four, with 284 robotic parking spaces in total. There will be three elevators which will bring billionaires and their luxury vehicles straight to the door of their condo, allowing them to park their cars in a "sky garage" connected to each unit.
