Xanadu Realty forays into Pune property market

Xanadu Realty has forayed into Pune property market and has tied up with developers including the House of Abhinandan Lodha and Kumar Properties to support their marketing initiatives. The company is aiming to generate revenue of ₹1,000 crore in this market in the current financial year for its partners. It also entered the Bangalore market and has tied up with Ozone Group, Golden Gate and Pashmina Developers. The company has generated over ₹2,200 crore of sales revenue for its business partners in its existing markets of Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Bangalore during the financial year ended March 2021. During the year, the company added more than 12 new clients across 25 projects. In the middle of the pandemic coupled with an economically unstable financial year, it has received a tremendous response in the MMR and Bangalore regions in the first quarter of 2021, leading it to become prominent real estate marketing and sales accelerators with a strong foothold in the market. It is now looking to expand its operations to new geographies beginning with Pune, the fastest growing metropolis in the country currently. CEO Vikas Chaturvedi informed that they see good potential in the Pune property market with more professionals and millennials seeking homes in the region, and Grade A developers looking to service this demand. In fact, it has more than doubled its associate strength since the start of 2020. With its foray into Pune, the company is looking to expand its headcount to around 120 from the current 35 for this market alone by the end of June.
