Xanadu-BGDPL inks 50-storey skyscraper pact in Bangalore
Xanadu Realty has partnered with Bangalore-based Best Golden Developer (BGDPL) to handle sales and marketing of the latter's The Presidential Tower in Rajajinagar locality in Bangalore. The super-luxury 50-storey skyscraper project comprises 352 apartments with configuration of 3 and 4-bedrooms, covering two blocks across 5.2-acre land parcel. Being in the real estate development business for a while now, the company has a strong footprint & land bank in the southern market and are pleased to have partnered with Xanadu and is sure that this is just the start of a wonderful and mutually fruitful partnership and are excited about what the future holds for both the companies. Co-Founder, BGDL, Sanjay Raj, informed that in 2020, Xanadu forayed into the Bangalore property market, one of India's top three real estate markets among Mumbai and Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR). This project caters to the global Indian elites, ranging from the top management of MNCs, SME business owners, self-employed professionals and new-age entrepreneurs who are looking for a high profile address to match their global lifestyle. Senior Director- South, Xanadu Realty, Girish Kamble, informed that towers will host an array of deluxe amenities on the rooftop designed by Llewelyn Davies (UK) and amongst several luxury amenities, the property boasts of a sky landing helipad for its residents.
