Wirtgen: Smart synergies

A total of 120 exhibits, including 18 world premieres and 25 innovations as well as six interactive technology demos: the Wirtgen Group's booth at Bauma was packed with leading machine and application technologies from Wirtgen, Vögele, Hamm, Kleemann, Benninghoven, and John Deere. The new products included the intelligent Wirtgen W 210 Fi cold milling machine with Mill Assist; Vögele SUPER 3000-3(i) large paver with 18 m screed; new Hamm HP series of pneumatic tired rollers; the rugged Kleemann MOBICAT MC 120 Z PRO jaw crusher for demanding mining operations; the environmental-friendly Benninghoven TBA asphalt mixing plant with hot gas generator; and the entire range of John Deere construction equipment.

Wirtgen presented innovations from every product segment and cost-effective solutions for cold milling, cold recycling, soil stabilization, concrete paving, and surface mining. Vögele unveiled its new flagship SUPER 3000-3i, that, with its SB 350 fixed-width screed, is capable of paving at a width of up to 18 meters; pavers from the new Classic Line; and innovations for the WITOS Paving process management solution.

Hamm presented new tired rollers in the HP series, its revolutionary split oscillation drum, and many new products for asphalt and earthworks. Kleemann, the specialist for mobile crushers and screening plants, showcased its innovative solutions for the quarry and for more environmentally friendly operations. Bennighoven exhibited its ECO asphalt mixing plants found in use across the globe today, as well as models from its TBA family of transportable asphalt mixing plants, which can even be configured with a hot gas generator for RC additives. The group's exhibits rounded out by a variety of different construction machines from John Deere's product range.
