Welspun One Logistics Parks has achieved financial closure for its flagship logistics project at Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA), with NaBFID underwriting ₹2,300 crore in construction financing. This marks a significant milestone, reinforcing the project's viability and Welspun One’s standing in the logistics sector.
Spanning 55 acres within the JNPA SEZ in Navi Mumbai, the park is Welspun One’s largest logistics development in India. The Grade A facility, with a development potential of over 3.6 million sq. ft., will support e-commerce, 3PL, FMCG, and manufacturing sectors, enhancing supply chain efficiency.
The funding ensures the timely execution of the project, aligning with Welspun One’s commitment to strengthening India's logistics infrastructure and meeting the growing demand for high-quality warehousing solutions.

Samuel Joseph, DMD, NaBFID, mentioned, “NaBFID is naturally suited to finance such projects with a long implementation period, requiring an extended repayment schedule. We have extended a 22-year Term Loan for this project. While we have financed other warehousing projects, this project is unique as it comes up in a SEZ area and is being built to international standards.”
