Uttar Pradesh Govt Launches Hi-Tech Township Near Jewar Airport

The Uttar Pradesh government has initiated a hi-tech township project in Sector-24A, Noida, near Jewar International Airport. Developed by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), the township includes 451 residential plots in various sizes, with 17.5% reserved for farmers.

The available plots range from 120 to 260 sq. meters, priced at ₹25,900 per square meter. This project aims to cater to the growing residential demand in the rapidly developing Jewar Airport region.
