Urban Vault has announced the lease of approximately 50,000 sq. ft. of premium office space across three floors at Prestige Obelisk, located on Kasturba Road in Bengaluru's Central Business District (CBD). This new center will accommodate close to 1,000 seats, further strengthening Urban Vault’s presence in one of the city's most sought-after commercial zones.
With a per seat cost of ₹10,000, the upcoming workspace blends luxury and functionality, catering to a growing clientele seeking high-quality office infrastructure in the heart of the city. This marks a significant addition to Urban Vault’s already robust portfolio of over 2 million sq. ft. and 30,000+ desks across India.
Prestige Obelisk, developed by Prestige Group, is an 11-storey Grade A commercial building offering a total of around 1.8 lakh sq. ft. of modern office space, equipped with top-tier amenities and 24x7 security. The land was originally owned by Zackria Hashim and Sadath Ali Kahan, Co-Founders of KRPL Ventures LLP, who currently own multiple floors in the building. Urban Vault has leased its new space from them.
