In a bid to make the most out of the emerging business avenues in the residential realty sector, TVS Emerald has planned new residential project, TVS Emerald, the real estate arm of TVS Group, has announced its newest residential housing project, Light-House, which will come up on Pallavaram-Thoraipakkam radial road in southern fringes on the outskirts of Chennai. The proposed 14-floor luxury project will comprise 279 homes of 1, 2, and 3 BHK apartments wherein the builder will offer various amenities including an exclusive tower lounge, private yoga lawn, swimming pool with deck, gymnasium, children‘s play area, landscaped podium, multi-purpose hall, indoor play area, fun zone, among others, and that the latest will be the third realty project of TVS Emerald in Chennai, said official sources.
