Telangana Govt Begins Rs 50 Cr Four-Lane Road Project in Nalgonda to Improve Safety and Connectivity

Roads & Buildings Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy laid the foundation stone for a Rs 50 crore four-lane road project within Nalgonda Municipal limits. The new road, complete with a central median and central lighting, will connect Nagarjunasagar ‘X’ Roads to Darveshipuram Yellamma Temple on the Mahbubnagar–Nalgonda stretch.

The Minister said the four-lane works will begin within a week. He noted that Darveshipuram had become an accident-prone zone, and the government has already built a CC road, central lighting, and a median at a cost of Rs 12 crore to enhance road safety.
