Real estate building player, TDI Infratech, has announced that it will invest ₹100 crore to develop a commercial project in Mohali on an area of over 1.38 acres with a built-up area of 1.5 lakh sq ft. The project is an extended part of TDI Smart City Mohali and will be delivered by December 2022. It will house retail, food and entertainment spaces. Vimal Monga, vice-president of sales and leasing (commercial), informed that it will be completely a lease model project. TDI Infratech’'s major projects include TDI City Kundli, TDI City Panipat and TDI Smart City Mohali.
