Hines, the international real estate firm, and Conscient Infrastructure have together awarded the ₹500 crore construction contract for their premium residential development 'Elevate' to Tata Projects. The contract includes construction, coordination and delivery of the premium residential project located in an exclusive enclave of Sector 59 of Gurugram's Golf Course Extension Road. It will be completed by 2023, said senior director, Hines India, Prachish Vasudeva. "Elevate is a high quality project and in Tata Projects we find a partner that shares our commitment to quality, transparency, safety and timely delivery," he said. Elevate is priced between ₹2.4-4.0 crore and offers 556 apartments with saleable sizes ranging from 2,100 sq-ft to 3,400 sq-ft.
