Starting on August 27, this limited period scheme will offer assured rentals of up to Rs. 25 lakh and will cover Tata Housing's seven ready-to-move-in projects – Primanti and Gurgaon Gateway in Gurugam; Amantra in Kalyan region of Mumbai, Prive in Pune; Myst in Kasauli, The Promont in Bengaluru and Ariana in Bhubaneshwar. Consumers can book their apartments across the seven projects by paying a booking amount of Rs. 50,000. 'Move In India' campaign aims to give homebuyers freedom from an endless wait for possessions as well as the hassle of having to pay EMI and rent at the same time. said Rajeeb Dash, Head - Corporate Marketing, Tata Housing.
