Tata Housing Avaha Realty Project
Making the most out of the emerging business avenues in the country real estate sector, the Tata Housing has recently launched a residential project, Avaha, in the central suburban Kalyan in Mumbai where the area in the metropolitan city is witnessing rapid progress in terms of its livability index that is assessed on factors such as health and medical standards, safety, housing options and socio-cultural development, Managing Director and CEO, Brotin Banerjee, said, adding that the Kalyan-Dombivali belt has been one of the fastest growing locations in the past few years. Improvement in both physical and social infrastructure has resulted in developing this location as a hub for affordable and premium housing.

As a matter of fact, the latest project has been launched on Tata Founder's Day, which is celebrated in commemoration of the birth anniversary of Tata group founder Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata, he added reiterating that the new project, starting at Rs 63 lakh, comprises 2 and 3 BHK apartments ranging from 927 sq ft to 1,490 sq ft. of areas.
