Supertech Limited, which is a real estate developer of national repute, has launched a new tower named ‘Courtyard’ a part of the Eco Village 1 project, located in Greater Noida (West). These 2-BHK apartments will be available in 1005 sq. ft. in size, Chairman, Supertech R K Arora, said, explaining that he is extremely delighted to launch this new concept development which will have lush green personal gardens for the residents of the tower. ‘Courtyard’ at a nascent stage, has generated enormous interest which is an endorsement of its reputation as a trusted developer. In addition, the builder has given possession to more than 1000 allottees for the first phase of Eco Village 1 and 500 families are already residing in the complex. After getting completion certificate from GNIDA, it has started sub-lease deed (registry) in favour of allottees. It is the commitment at Supertech to strictly adhere to the delivery timelines committed to its customers and is grateful for the trust customers have placed in the builder over a period of time, he claimed.
