Sterling and Wilson Secures ₹1,470 Cr Renewable Energy Orders

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd. (SWREL) has secured two new domestic contracts from private independent power producers (IPPs) and emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a 200 MW AC solar project. The combined order value, including taxes and O&M, is approximately ₹1,470 crore.
The company won a Wind EPC contract for a hybrid project in Rajasthan, involving 69.3 MW Wind Balance of Plant and 58 MW AC / 75 MWp DC Solar BoS, along with a 132 kV / 33 kV pooling substation.
SWREL has been declared L1 for a 200 MW AC / 260 MWp DC solar project in Gujarat from a leading PSU developer. It has also received an order for a PV plant in Rajasthan from a domestic IPP.
