NHIDCL floats bid for ₹137-cr road in Sikkim

The National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL) has invited bids for construction of road works in Sikkim involving an investment of ₹137.93-crore. The scope of work in the project includes construction of a two-lane specification road with a paved shoulder as realignment of the existing stretch between Legship to Gyalshing of NH-510 (design ch 75.000 km to 90.210 km) under SARDP-NE Phase-A framework on engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis (Package-VI). The estimated completion period is 18 months.
