SILA Consultant enters realty; launches project in Mumbai
Real estate consultant SILA Group has forayed into the property development business and has launched a luxury housing project at Alibaug in Mumbai involving an investment of ₹70 crore. The Mumbai-based firm, which commenced operations in 2010 as an integrated facility management company, later ventured into project and construction management as well as real estate advisory and consulting services. Founder and MD Sahil Vora said that they have tied up with land owners to develop this luxury project comprising 64 units with a price tag of ₹1.2-2 crore, and the project would be developed in two phases for which the company would generate construction cost through internal accruals and bank loans.
